Lead Graphic Designer

As the sole designer at NinthDecimal, a marketing company specializing in location data, I create an array of promotional materials and internal collateral.
My projects include booklets, infographics, web graphics, and client-facing presentations. With the help of this role, I’ve become fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Wordpress.

Design Associate

November 2014 - May 2015

I worked closely with the Lead Designer to fulfill daily design requests from a variety of clients. My projects included handling custom samples and special orders, from greeting cards to wedding invitations. The role demanded a high
level of attention to detail and an ability to work under strict deadlines.

Junior Art Director

American Girl Magazine • Madison, Wisconsin

January 2014 - October 2014

I sourced and collaborated with writers, illustrators, and photographers to
create a fun and compelling bimonthly magazine. I shared responsibilities
with the Senior Art Director, where I learned to lead photo shoots and presentations, as well as become proficient in proofing and production.

Book Development Intern

June 2013 - December 2013

I worked on developing eBooks for the InnerStar University team. I edited illustrations and text to correctly format to e-readers. I also helped create
games and coloring pages for the Bitty Baby book series. 

Contrary to the popular idiom, I believe you can judge a book by its cover.    

I am a hands-on, multidisciplinary designer based in San Francisco, CA. Over the past 7 years, I've worked with companies both big and small, from consumer packaged goods to early stage tech startups. My focus is to create comprehensive and fluid brand systems that speaks to the soul of the company and the needs of end-users.
